We are super proud of this one. The client wanted to make use of their basement so we dug out the entire underbelly of the existing property to create a separate flat. The excavation allowed us to install windows and two sets of rear bifold doors, creating a huge amount of natural light, which gives the impression that this was the original ground floor.

The client was so happy that she sold the original property upstairs and moved into her brand-new home below.
