We turned a council office into two large luxurious houses, with brand new basements. To do it, we supported the building’s beautiful front façade (which dates back to 1782!), with a supporting steel structure and completely demolished the rest of the building. We then excavated the basement and re-built two hi-spec properties around the original façade.
